What is a balanced diet?

Balanced diet is when we take in the right portion of nutrients such as carbohydrate, protein, vitamin, minerals, water and fibre. Having a balanced diet is very important. We don't want to be not healthy at all and we don't want to be too healthy, but we must maintain a balanced diet. It's very important to have al the nutrients in our body. Even without a single nutrient, that doesn't make it a balanced diet.

Bow to maintain a balanced diet?

As said before, it's important to maintain a balanced diet. It's just simple, take in all the nutrients we need in our body. If you have a lack of carbohydrate, then focus more in carbohydrate. If you have a lack of protein, the focus more in protein. To maintain a balanced diet is to take in all the nutrients, but the most important thing is to know which food is in which nutrient.

What are the purpose of each nutrient?

CARBOHYDRATE

Carbohydrate is the most important nutrient. This is because is provides us energy since carbohydrate contain glucose.

PROTEIN

Protein works as a dietary component. It is in a long chain called the amino acid

VITAMIN

Vitamin is an organic compound that we need a limited amount of vitamin.

WATER

We all know that water is very important. Water eeps us hydrated and we could die if we don't drink it certain amount of days.

FIBRE

Fibre is also an important nutreint. It helps us to take a brown subtance out from our body.

What's his diet?

Want to know what's his secret weapon? How he rans so fast ad how could keep that nice, perfect body shape....He eats 9 piece of chicken nugget from McDonald everytime before he competes. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?! How does he even have that nice shape still. Please, if I will a piece of chicken nugget I'll already be big.

How to know if you're healthy?

The best way to find out if you are healthy or not is to create a diet plan. WHo have to state there what you eat for breakfast,lunch and dinner and to find out the calories you have eaten. From there, you add up the whole calories for the day.
